Before 27 year old young lady who came for a revision of the tip of her nose. She had a primary rhinoplasty a few years before she came to see Dr. Bentkover, and her nasal domes (the tips of the lower nasal cartialges) were uneven, sitting at different heights and showing through the skin. This is an example of nasal bossa. Also, the right dome was too high, and the left too low. The tip of the nose was wide. She wanted the tip more symmetrical, narrower, and softer.

After- The post op photo is 18 months after Dr. Bentkover's revision tip rhinoplasty. The domes are now even with an overall narrower and softer tip. In addition to cartialge grafts, a temporalis fascia graft was used to soften the tip and hide an possible uneveness.
